Questions.
What does shared vCPU mean?
Your vCPUs take turns on whichever cores of the host are free, alongside other customers' servers. That keeps the price low and suits workloads that don't need full computing power all the time. For cores that are only yours, see Silo Dedicated.
What is included on every plan?
KVM virtualization, a private network, snapshots and firewall rules. Also root access, a browser console, SSH keys, NVMe disks and an IPv4 address.
How am I billed?
One monthly price per server, in SGD. Delete the server and billing stops.
Can I run Docker, kernel modules or a VPN?
Yes. Every server runs on KVM, so they work as they would on hardware.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Resize a server from the console to a larger plan.
